We are pleased to welcome Dr Richard Goldfarb to La Chelé Medical Aesthetics. Dr Goldfarb will be available to book consultations with a focus on regenerative medicine, sports injury treatment, sexual health and performance optimization.
Dr. Richard Goldfarb is a board-certified cosmetic surgeon, nationally recognized liposuction provider, and pioneer in regenerative medicine with over 35 years of experience. Trained at the Cleveland Clinic, Yale, and the University of Pennsylvania's Department of Plastic Surgery, Dr. Goldfarb has spent his career advancing the field of aesthetic and regenerative medicine at the highest level.
At La Chelé, Dr. Goldfarb focuses on liposuction and non-surgical regenerative treatments including regenerative medicine for joint and musculoskeletal pain, SELPHYL facial regeneration, injectables, hair transplant, and sexual health and dysfunction for men.
His approach is rooted in precision, individualized care, and a genuine commitment to patient wellness — not just aesthetics.
Dr. Goldfarb earned his medical degree with highest honors from Chicago Medical School in Chicago, Illinois. He completed his general surgery residency at the Cleveland Clinic System, followed by additional training in trauma at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Florida, and later completed telesurgery training at Yale, University in New Haven, Connecticut, and advanced plastic surgery training at the University of Pennsylvania, Department of Plastic Surgery.
In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Goldfarb is actively involved in advancing aesthetic medicine. He has served on multiple advisory boards (including serving as the Medical Director for Viora and Silhouette Lift – key contributor in their FDA-clearance and on BTL’s Medical Advisory Board leading their FDA clinical trial for EMSCULPT Neo and served as a Board of Director for the Aesthetics Show). He currently serves as Chief Medical Officer for Factor Medical, Inc. (SELPHYL), and CLEARiT, and Medical Board Director for BENEV (Exosomes, Sylfirm X, and their new neurotoxin, Letybo). Dr. Goldfarb continues to collaborate with industry partners in the development of new technologies and the advancement of physician education programs
Dr. Goldfarb is a frequent speaker at medical conferences and educational programs, sharing practical insights and evolving techniques with fellow physicians and medical staff. He has earned recognition for his work in surgical body transformation and was presented with the national award for “Best Surgical Body Shaping” at the Aesthetic Show by Dr. Drew Ordon from the TV show the Doctors. He has authored and contributed to several published scientific articles and abstracts, most recently co-authoring two chapters on weight loss and SELPHYLLER Gel in Integrated Aesthetics 2026. He is also actively involved in the development of novel technologies with multiple patents pending. His approach is defined by creative innovation, clinical integrity, and patient-focused care.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Goldfarb is a devoted family man and an avid sports enthusiast. He enjoys golfing and is a longtime fan of the Philadelphia Eagles, proudly holding season tickets for more than 25 years.
