Ellis Preserve is the fourth La Chelé practice and the first on the Main Line, held to the clinical standard the founding practice established in Bucks County nearly two decades ago. Treatment here is physician-led and begins with assessment rather than a menu, because the right protocol depends entirely on the face and the goals in front of us.
Our providers train across specialties, and the practice invests early in regenerative technology, often refining new protocols before they reach the wider field. Care is medical first, and the work is designed to hold up over years rather than a single appointment.

La Chelé opened at The Village in Ellis Preserve in 2024, the practice's fourth location and its first on the Main Line. The full menu carries over intact, with dedicated centres for injectables, lasers, body contouring, and medical facials. What the location reflects is where the field is moving: a regenerative approach that works with the body's own restorative ability rather than against it.
Ellis Preserve is the only La Chelé location with a private Infrared Sauna and Red Light Therapy suite. The room holds an infrared sauna large enough to lie down and stretch out in, a changing area, and an aromatherapy shower, and is used for relaxation and recovery.

Physicians
Dr. Espinoza founded La Chelé and leads its clinical teams as medical director. One of the most experienced injectors in the country and a national educator, she trains the providers who care for you and sets the standard across every location.
Dr. Goldfarb is a board-certified cosmetic surgeon and a national trainer in regenerative medicine, with training at the Cleveland Clinic, Yale, and the University of Pennsylvania. At La Chelé his work centres on regenerative medicine, injectables, hair transplant, and liposuction.

Casey approaches aesthetic medicine with both clinical precision and a deep appreciation for natural beauty. Known for her considered consultations and individual treatment plans, she focuses on results that feel balanced and authentic to each patient.
Teagan approaches aesthetic medicine with the belief that subtle changes can create meaningful impact. With strong clinical training and a patient-focused approach, she prioritizes safe, natural results, and integrates wellness care drawn from supporting internal health.
