Founder & Medical Director
Dr. Espinoza founded La Chelé and leads its clinical teams as medical director. One of the most experienced injectors in the country and a national educator, she trains the providers who care for you and sets the standard across every location.
Medical Weight Loss
Dr. Saltzman is a double board-certified endocrinologist and obesity medicine specialist who created La Chelé's Lifestyle Medical Weight Loss Program. She treats weight as a medical condition shaped by genetics, hormones, and environment, and has guided hundreds of patients to reach and maintain a healthier weight.
Medical Providers
Gia is a board-certified physician assistant who came to aesthetics through facial plastic surgery and ENT, with earlier training in family and urgent care medicine. She is extensively trained in neuromodulators and dermal fillers, and is known for listening closely and shaping each plan around the patient in front of her.
Teagan approaches aesthetic medicine with the belief that subtle changes can create meaningful impact. With strong clinical training and a patient-focused approach, she prioritizes safe, natural results, and integrates wellness care drawn from supporting internal health.
